T.Rodon is TASSTA’s command and control center solution supplied with powerful and flexible features. T.Rodon can be organized as a desktop application or be running on the field in mobile environments. It has an easy and intuitive installation process and can be setup on a wide range of PCs in minutes.
The core function of any 2-way Radio system. PTT allows a single person to reach hundreds of users in groups with single button press. TASSTA supports PTT Group Call using high-speed IP networks and providing superb audio quality. T.RODON can do multiple group calls and see all users on the network from a single or multiple screens.
Allows users to communicate privately outside of a group. A one-to-one simplex call is easy and fast to setup. This feature provides to Dispatcher a secure user-to-user simplex voice communication with the press of a button. A private message can be conveyed between a user in the field and the dispatch point. The user will re-join their groups when the individual call is complete.
The TASSTA users can be assigned with a priority level. Often, dispatchers are given highest priority on the network, allowing them to take control of the channel to coordinate events. This gives them the ability to take the channel from the subscribers in the field and ensure their messages get through.
At TASSTA, we understand that you network is never static. Incidents can arise from day-to-day that requires a flexible communication structure. While most days will always be the same, some may require a specific emergency response or “changing” network management approach. TASSTA Professional Grade Solutions put you in control. Dynamic Group Call allows your T.RODON dispatcher to instantly reorganize group communications at a moments notice. Your dispatcher can re-group individuals or work teams (based on location or SOP) to deal with problems or emergencies at a moment's notice. Then, place field teams back to normal operation when the event is over.
Emergency Call Receiving
The Emergency Call feature is designed to keep the T.FLEX user safe and in contact with help. Help is often dispatched from the T.RODON dispatch location. Used in parallel with the T.FLEX application, the T.RODON dispatcher will get a visual indication and hear the emergency alarm tones and voice calls from the user in distress. If GPS is enabled, they will also see the location of the person initiating the emergency and be able to reorganize the location of other and dispatch the closest or most appropriate users to support them. T.RODON keeps the situation in control.
The T.RODON dispatcher is able to access the microphone or camera of the desired user remotely. It might be very important for critical environments like security services or military where the person can be attacked or working in high-risk conditions.
Text and Data Exchange
An excellent integrated messaging and file transferring service allows to send/receive text messages and files in a group or individually.
The TASSTA status messages are optimised for the exchange of predefined status messages or user-defined messages. Predefined status messages provide the most efficient coding of user messages where possible. The T.RODON users are able to send and receive status messages that are preconfigured in T.COMMANDER. Both point-to-point (individual messages) and point-to-multipoint (group messages) are supported.
Lone Worker Protection
The T.RODON application is integrated with an automatic emergency option called MAN DOWN that uses the accelerometer on the mobile device to detect a fall and sends a text message alert to the emergency contact. The automated man down alerting has proven to be an effective way to make the workplace a safer and healthier place for all levels of employees.
The TASSTA Lone Worker is an emergency beacon in your employee’s pocket. Whether your lone workers are working in a remote or dangerous location or they are just temporarily away from their team, the TASSTA Lone Worker keeps you connected to your people.
Real-time exchange of free form text messages between individual users or groups can occur. The T.RODON user can send free format messages such as pickup information, directions or landmark information to any user on the network. The offline users will receive the messages immediately after connecting back to the network.
Voice Recording and Call History
The TASSTA System has multi-channel voice recording and call history capabilities. It allows users to recall missed calls or play back offline messages. The TASSTA can maintain call records on the network for months of voice communication between all users. The TASSTA's clients have a History Interface in the Main Menu that allows to see call details and replay records. This feature is completely programmable within the T.COMMANDER.
T.Rodon offers Map Tools to make your system more powerful and close to your specific tasks. It introduces many features like operational zones visible on the map, groups activity inside the zones, position in the building or subway and other specific tasks.
The T.Rodon with its multiple screens and great GUI capabilities, can provide to operator an excellent visualization of the mobile users on the map. Each T.Flex clients sends GPS data to server with precise location.
Guard tour is a special feature from TASSTA. It provides T.Rodon operator with route secure controlling when T.Flex user is moving between points previously having been set in Map Tool.
Advanced management capabilities for inventory, invoices, and tracking deliveries. It includes manual and automated processing algorithms with real-time status update, user management and positioning, reporting information. We can even integrate to other TASSTA services, web clients, and external databases.
