T.RODON OFFERS A FULL-FEATURED DISPATCH SOLUTION THAT STRENGTHENS THE POSITION OF TASSTA TECHNOLOGY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION.
TASSTA’s command and control center solution provides powerful and flexible features. T.Rodon can be deployed as a desktop application, or it can run in the field in mobile environments. It has an easy and intuitive installation process and can be set up on a wide range of Windows computers in minutes.
This is the core functionality of any two-way radio system. Push-to-talk (PTT) allows a single person to reach hundreds of users, organized in groups, with a single button press. TASSTA supports PTT group calls over high-speed IP networks and provides superb audio quality. With T.Rodon, it’s possible to make multiple group calls and see all users on the network on one or more screens.
This type of call allows users to communicate privately outside a group. A one-to-one simplex call is easy and fast to set up; this feature gives dispatchers a means for secure user-to-user simplex voice communications with the press of a button. A private message can be conveyed between a user in the field and the dispatch point. The user rejoins their groups when the personal call is complete.
TASSTA users can be assigned a priority level. Often, dispatchers are given the highest priority on the network, allowing them to take control of the channel to coordinate events. Priority calls give them the ability to take over the channel from subscribers in the field and ensure their messages get through.
At TASSTA, we understand that your network is never static. In the course of day-to-day activities, incidents can arise that stress the importance of a flexible communication structure. While most days will always be the same, sometimes a specific emergency response may be required or the network management approach may need urgent tweaks. Professional-grade TASSTA solutions put you in control. Dynamic group calls help your T.Rodon dispatcher instantly reorganize group communications at a moment’s notice. Your dispatcher can re-group individuals or work teams (based on location or SOP) to deal with problems or emergencies immediately. Afterward, field teams back can be directed to their normal operations.
EMERGENCY CALL RECEIVING
The Emergency Call feature is designed to keep the T.Flex user safe and in contact with help. Help is often dispatched from the T.Rodon dispatch location. Used in conjunction with the T.Flex application, the T.Rodon dispatcher software will give you a visual indication, sound emergency alarm tones and put through voice calls from the user in distress. If GPS is enabled, you will also see the location of the person initiating the emergency, be able to reorganize the locations of others and dispatch the closest or most appropriate users to provide support. T.Rodon keeps the situation in control.
The T.Rodon dispatcher has remote access to the microphones and cameras of particular users. This can be very important in critical environments such as security services or the military, where the person can be attacked or is working in high-risk conditions.
TEXT AND DATA EXCHANGE
An excellent integrated messaging and file transfer service allows you to send and receive text messages and files in a group or individually.
TASSTA status messages are predefined or user-defined. Predefined status messages enable the most efficient notification about the most common statuses. T.Rodon users can send and receive status messages that are preconfigured in T.Commander. Both point-to-point (individual) and point-to-multipoint (group) messages are supported.
LONE WORKER PROTECTION
Lone worker protection in T.Rodon is based on automatic emergency notifications (Man Down). The accelerometer on the mobile device is used for detecting a fall, and a text message alert is sent to the emergency contact if this happens. Automated Man Down alerting has proven to be an effective way to make the workplace a safer and healthier place for employees on all levels. TASSTA LWP is an emergency beacon in an employee’s pocket. Whether lone workers are working in a remote or dangerous location or are temporarily separated from their team, it keeps the user connected to people.
The TASSTA LWP passed the German DGUV Test, receiving the GS-certification. This German certification is recognized worldwide and it is very similar to the British BS 8484.
The application provides real-time exchange of free-form text messages among individual users or groups. The addressee of your message gets an instant notification (tone and icon). Messages are color-coded to indicate if they have been read. Offline users receive their messages immediately when they reconnect to the network.
VOICE RECORDING AND CALL HISTORY
The TASSTA system has multi-channel voice recording and call history capabilities, allowing users to go back to a missed call or listen to a message that was left while they were offline. TASSTA can maintain call records on the network for months’ worth of voice communication among users. To view call details and replay records, use the T.Flex History interface accessible from the main menu. This feature is managed entirely in T.Commander, putting you 100% in control of the network.
T.Rodon offers Map Tools to make your system more powerful and adapt it to your specific tasks. It introduces many features like operational zones visible on the map, group activity inside the zones, position inside the building or subway and other useful functionality.
With its multiple screens, T.Rodon has excellent presentation capabilities and can provide the operator with an excellent visualization of mobile users on the map. Each T.Flex client sends GPS data to the server, marking the precise location of the mobile device.
Guard tour is a unique TASSTA feature. It provides the T.Rodon operator with route management tools as the T.Flex user moves between points set up in advance in the Map Tool.
The application offers advanced capabilities for managing inventory, invoices, and tracking deliveries. The Task Manager provides users with issue management capabilities. It includes manual and automated processing algorithms with real-time status updates, user management, positioning, reporting, and administrative information. What’s more, the data can be integrated into other TASSTA services, web clients, and external databases.
Determine your own and other users’ indoor location. Indoor localization is an important complement and alternative to GPS. Unlike GPS, it does not provide global coverage, but it is more accurate, efficient, and adaptive to local enclosed environments such as airports, metro stations, tunnels and other areas.
