Lone worker protection

Protect employees who work alone

Working alone should never mean working without protection. TASSTA Lone Worker Protection (LWP) helps organizations protect employees working in remote, isolated, or hazardous environments by combining intelligent safety monitoring, real-time location, and instant emergency communication.

Whether your workforce includes security personnel, utility technicians, maintenance engineers, healthcare professionals, field service workers, or industrial operators, TASSTA keeps them connected and protected throughout their shift.

TASSTA continuously monitors predefined safety conditions using the sensors built into the mobile device. If an emergency situation is detected, the system automatically triggers the configured response even if the employee is unable to call for help.

Emergency Call
Employees can manually trigger an emergency alarm using the TASSTA application or a dedicated emergency button on supported devices. Dispatchers immediately receive visual and audible alerts together with the worker’s location, enabling a rapid response.
Man Down Detection
Using the device’s integrated motion sensors, TASSTA automatically detects falls. If a worker is unable to react after a fall, the system initiates an emergency alarm and shares the worker’s location with the control center.
No Movement Detection
If no movement is detected for a configurable period, TASSTA automatically starts an alarm sequence. If the worker does not acknowledge the warning, an emergency call is triggered automatically.
Periodic Safety Check
Organizations can configure regular check-ins to confirm employee wellbeing. If a worker fails to respond within the specified time, TASSTA automatically escalates the incident and notifies the appropriate personnel.
Crisis Team Notification
Emergency events can automatically notify predefined colleagues, supervisors, or emergency response teams, ensuring that the right people are informed immediately.
Remote Audio and Camera
When operational policies allow, authorized operators can remotely access the device’s microphone or camera during an emergency to improve situational awareness and support faster decision-making.
Accurate Location for Faster Response
Knowing where an emergency occurs is just as important as knowing that it occurred.
TASSTA combines Lone Worker Protection with real-time location services, including:
• GPS positioning
• Indoor Localization (where available)
• Live dispatcher maps
• Real-time incident management
This allows dispatchers to locate employees quickly and coordinate the most appropriate response.
DGUV-Test Certified

• Man Down detection
